Anrong Rating Holds 10th Anniversary Work Symposium, Building Consensus and Embarking on a New Journey
On the morning of January 10, Anrong Ratings’ 10th Anniversary Work Symposium was held in Beijing. All members of the company’s management team and more than 180 Anrong colleagues from across the country gathered in the Jinxiu Hall of Jingzhihu Resort Hotel to reflect on the eventful years and discuss a new chapter of development.

The symposium was hosted by Zhou Yuanfan, the company’s Chief Economist and Chairman of the Board of Anrong (Hong Kong) Credit Ratings. In a harmonious and relaxed atmosphere, more than 50 employees from Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hunan, Guizhou, Shandong, Shaanxi, Fujian, Guangxi, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Sichuan, Henan, Xinjiang, Jilin, and Hong Kong spoke enthusiastically. Everyone broke down barriers of region, department, and hierarchy, speaking freely and expressing their thoughts. Veteran employees recounted unforgettable moments of growing alongside the company and shared their transformation from inexperienced newcomers to key business contributors; new employees spoke about their gains and reflections since joining, expressing their passion and expectations for the profession. During the intervals, participants also actively offered suggestions on work optimisation and development planning—each proposal carrying deep care for Anrong.
